How to Sell from Storage

 Selling and withdrawing are two separate steps. Once you confirm a sale, your price is locked and the sale is final. Funds then take 2 full business days to from the trade date to settle before they appear in your Available to Withdraw balance. (You'll need to initiate a withdrawal separately after settlement — it does not happen automatically.)

To receive payment by wire, go to ACCOUNT → BANK ACCOUNTS → WIRE WITHDRAW to add your bank details before initiating your sellback. Note there is a 48-hour hold on newly added wire accounts.

Steps on how to sell metals from your storage account:

1. Login to your account online and scroll down until you see HOLDINGS 
2. Select SELL 
3. Choose which assets you would like to sell and then enter the quantity, e.g. 1  
4. Acknowledge all sales are final and select CONFIRM 
    

REMINDER - To withdraw funds, this is a second step after you sell. When selling it takes 2 full business days from the trade date in order to withdraw funds. To receive payment via WIRE, please go to ACCOUNT>BANK ACCOUNTS>WIRE WITHDRAW.
