Adding a Card for Recurring Storage Invoices

  1. Log into your account
  2. Select ACCOUNT from the top navigation
  3. Select Credit/Debit Cards
  4. Select Add a New Credit Card
  5. Enter your card details and save

Once added, your card will be charged automatically each quarter when a storage invoice is generated (on the 15th of the invoice month).

Paying a Past-Due Storage Invoice

If you have an outstanding balance, you can pay it directly from your account:

  1. Log in and select ACCOUNT
  2. Select Balances/Activity
  3. Select Pay by Card

You can also call us, and a representative will process the payment over the phone.
