How can I close my account?
Steps to close account including pausing MetalStream and paying final fees.
To close your account, contact our client support team and complete these steps: Pause and deactivate MetalStream if applicable, confirm no outstanding balances or metals remain, pay final storage fees, and send an email request to support@hardassetsalliance.com. For IRA accounts, contact your IRA custodian first to start the closure process. Note that we must keep records of all accounts with transaction history for compliance reasons.
