Can I have my metals delivered to an address other than my address of record?
Yes, but all delivery addresses must be verified before a shipment can be sent. For security purposes, every address on your account — including any alternate delivery addresses — must be confirmed with a valid photo ID and supporting documentation.
To add a new delivery address or update your address of record, contact our customer service team by email and include the following:
- Your account number
- The new address you would like added or updated
- A photo ID that reflects the new address
If your photo ID does not yet show the updated address, you can provide supporting documentation in its place, such as:
- A recent, recurring utility bill
- A notarized letter confirming the address and detailed instruction of the shipping request.
