Can I take delivery at an address other than the address of record?
All delivery addresses must be verified with photo ID and documentation.
For security purposes, every address on your account must be verified. To add a new delivery address or update your address of record, contact customer service by email with your account number and the new address. You will need to provide a photo ID reflecting the new address. If your ID does not show the updated address, please provide additional documentation such as a utility bill (recent and recurring) or notarized letter. Contact our team for more details!
