Paying Your Storage Invoices
Quarterly storage fees can be paid automatically
Storage fees are billed once per quarter and are automatically deducted from your available cash balance.
You may also add a credit card to your account strictly for the purpose of storage fee payments, which can be set up through the Account / Credit Cards section of your GBI Direct account.
If there is an insufficient cash and no credit card on file, you will be notified and given the opportunity to make a manual payment. Please note that any invoice outstanding more than 30 days may incur a $15 late fee. GBI Direct reserves the right to redeem a portion of your metal holdings to cover any unpaid fees.
