Can I cancel a delivery?
Can cancel delivery request within 48 hours to vault store; same-day notice needed for vault deliveries.
If you placed an order for delivery, your order is typically processed so quickly during market hours that canceling the purchase is not possible after placement. However, you may cancel the delivery request for this order and choose to store it in the vault by contacting our support team within 48 hours.
For delivery requests of items already in vault storage, they can typically be cancelled until the carrier picked up the goods. Delivery requests ship out the same day for next day delivery, so we must be notified the same day or as soon as possible.
