Q: How much does it cost to have my metals delivered?

Domestic (U.S.):

Shipping costs vary based on the value and weight of the metals being delivered, as well as the origin vault and your destination address. Shipping fees are a direct pass-through cost from FedEx — GBI Direct does not mark up or add fees on top of the carrier rate.

Applicable state taxes will be included in the shipping cost where required by law.

International:

International delivery pricing varies by country and shipment details. Please contact our customer service team directly for a quote.

 

Q: How do I get a shipping quote before committing to a delivery?

You can request a shipping quote at any time through the GBI Direct app or online portal — no commitment required. Here’s how:

  1. Go to your Portfolio page
  2. Select Holdings
  3. Click Deliver on the metals you wish to request
  4. Select your delivery address and the specific metals you want shipped

Q: How do I pay for delivery?

Delivery fees can be paid using your prefunded cash balance in your GBI Direct account. Please ensure your cash balance is sufficient before requesting a delivery.

 

Q: Can I have my metals shipped to a P.O. Box?

No. For insurance purposes, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Because P.O. boxes cannot accommodate signature-required deliveries, we are unable to ship precious metals to P.O. box addresses.

Please provide a residential or business address where someone will be available to sign at the time of delivery.
