Delivery from Storage
Step-by-step process to request delivery of metals from vault storage.
Yes, you can request to have your stored metals shipped directly to you. A signature upon delivery is required. To place a delivery order, log in to your GBI Direct account, scroll to Holdings, select the asset you'd like delivered, click Deliver, enter the quantity, select your address on file, and confirm your order.
Please note that a cash balance is required to cover delivery costs, which can be funded by check, wire, or ACH. If you'd like a delivery quote before proceeding, please contact our team.
For shipments to an international address or from an international vault, shipping fees must be obtained directly from the vault. Please contact us for assistance with international deliveries.
