How is my order shipped? What carrier do you use?

Your order will be shipped via registered FedEx. Each package is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery.

Please note that insurance coverage ends once the package has been signed for. If you provide instructions for the carrier to leave the parcel unattended or deliver without a signature, this will be at your own risk.

Please note that GBI Direct is not liable for any loss or damage in the following scenarios:

• You have left instructions with a carrier or delivery service to leave your parcel unattended or without a signature
• You have provided instructions to leave your package with a third party such as a building manager or neighbor
• You have specified a delivery address where a third party may sign on your behalf

To ensure your shipment remains fully protected, we strongly recommend ensuring that an authorized recipient is available at the delivery address to sign for the package upon arrival.
