Can I arrange a pick up my metals from vault storage?

For the fastest processing, we recommend having your metals shipped directly to you via our insured delivery service. This method typically provides the most efficient and seamless experience, with full tracking and coverage from the moment your metals leave the vault until they arrive at your designated address.

However, if needed, we can arrange for local pickup from your vault. Please note that local pickup requests must be scheduled at least 1 week in advance to allow adequate time for verification, security clearance, and order preparation.

Our team will confirm availability, provide the exact pickup location and required identification documents, and outline any additional security protocols that may apply.
